The Lord is my Shepherd,
He gives me everything I need.
He lets me rest in green pastures,
And guides me to quiet streams.
He gives me strength when I am sick,
He leads me in His ways.
I follow His laws,
Because I am happy to obey.
Even if death is near,
I won't be afraid.
For God is beside me,
And guides me along the way.
His rod and staff gently leads me,
He gives me good things to enjoy.
He pours soothing oil upon my head,
So that blessings overflow.
God's goodness and kindness,
Will be with me all my life.
I will then live with God in His home,
Forever.
