I Go To Sleep

Dear Child Jesus,
Dear Child as small as I!
In my own way
I want to say
A little, sweet good-bye.

Dear Child Jesus,
The day with Thee
Is through for me.
I pray Thee keep
Me safe in sleep,
And that I dream of Thee.

Dear Child Jesus,
How sweet the dream would be!
If in the night
The lovely sight
Of Thee appeared to me.

Morning Prayer

You are ushering in another day,
untouched and freshly new
So here I come to ask You, God,
if You'll renew me, too,
Forgive the many errors that I made yesterday
And let me try again, dear God,
to walk closer in thy way...
But, Father, I am well aware
I can't make it on my own
So take my hand and hold it tight
For I can't walk alone!

Grace After Meals

We give Thee thanks
for all Thy benefits,
O Almighty God,
Who lives and reigns forever,
and may the Souls of the faithful departed,
Through the mercy of Godrest in peace.
